The business R&D center and trial production workshop will be set up in the company's Jimei plant, and the mass production workshop will be set up in the Huli production base.The planned capacity is 200000 sets/day.

The automatic production line of square aluminum shell adopts the automatic loading and unloading system of the wholeline. The production process of the whole line is visualand the product quality can be traced. 

 

The line includes automatic feeding system,stamping equipment, automatic assemblyline, automatic cleaning equipment, automatic visual inspection equipment,automatic packaging equipment, etc. 

 

The stamping equipment adopts Omart precision punching mechanical press, with the production eficiency of 26 pieces/minute.
