BIW products manufacturing capability 

The company is equipped with a complete stamping and welding production line, capable of simultaneously manufacturing two major platforms: buses and trucks, with an annual output of 100,000 sets. It has now provided parts for dozens of customers including Chery, Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor, Fujian Benz, Haixi Truck, King Long, Zhongtong Bus, and Scania. 

The production line B automation line is composed of four presses (1600T+800T+630T+800T).

 

The production line A of the stamping process consists of five presses (2000T+1200T+800T+800T+1600T). The company's stamping line B automation line is composed of four presses (1600T+800T+630T+800T), a robot automation transmission system, a sheet metal cleaning and oiling machine, a visual alignment system and a full-line camera system, etc. 

 

The company's stamping  line C automation line is composed of five presses (1250T+630T+630T +630T+630T), a robot automation transmission system, a sheet metal cleaning and oiling machine, a visual centering system and a full-line camera system, etc.

The company's stamping line D automation line is composed of four presses (1000T+630T+630T +630T), a robot automation transmission system, a visual alignment system and a full-line camera system, etc. 

 

At present, the company has four welding production lines, which can produce 100,000 sets of body-in-white assemblies annually.
